The hotel is currently undergoing renovation work and will be ready to open its doors by mid-April. The Fileas Art Hotel is housed in a three-level traditional building. According to an announcement, it is considered the ideal choice for travelers who are fond of distinctive aesthetics and decoration. It includes six modern double rooms, which can accommodate couples, families or groups of friends. Furthermore, it is ideally situated only a few minutes away from the city’s monuments, offering easy access. Fileas Art Hotel Aria Hotels had previously added another luxury property to its portfolio in Chania, the Astraia Residence, which is also located in the Old City. Other properties on Crete include Alcanea Boutique Hotel, Villa Athermigo and Critamo Cottage in Chania; the Scalani Hills in Heraklion and the Cressa Ghitonia Village in Sitia.
