The hotel was also the winner of the silver award in the Best Greek MICE City Hotel category. In its fourth year, the Greek Hospitality Awards rewards excellence in the hospitality sector. “These distinctions mark Novotel Athens’ 30th anniversary of successful operation and the presence of the Novotel brand – established by the AccorHotels Group – in Greece,” the hotel said in an announcement. “Both awards are a recognition of the hotel’s efforts to offer a unique and unforgettable customer experience, and confirm the continuous commitment of Novotel Athens to deliver the quality services and products of the AccorHotels Group.” The Greek Hospitality Awards 2018 were organized by Ethos Events under the auspices of the Tourism Ministry, the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), TIF-HELEXPO, the General Pan-Hellenic Federation of Tourism Enterprises (GEPOET) and the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation. “The awards celebrate innovation, excellence and sustainability and award hospitality and tourism enterprises that promote Greece through its culture, products and services to the global travel market, paving the way for further growth,” Novotel Athens said.
