Celebrating excellence in the tourism sector, the awards also recognize innovative projects and best practices. “It is a significant reward for the quality and innovation of the DETOX 5+ program, the spearhead of the services and treatments offered by the resort’s Everlasting Euphoria Concept,” an announcement said. The award also marks the celebrations for the resort’s 40th anniversary. The DETOX 5+, a pioneering detoxification program, was created in 2017 and combines the Mediterranean diet – based on organic ingredients – with specialized treatments. Its success is based on the following factors: The resort’s ideal location and the exceptional climate of the region, The innovative medical diagnostic equipment, The sleep quality monitoring using specialized devices, The organic Mediterranean diet and its health benefits. Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort The DETOX 5+ program is also based on hi-tech treatments, as well as the iMED (Intelligent Mediterranean Detoxification) nutritional program and Oligoscan tests that analyze the oxidative, minerals and toxic metals levels of the body. The iMED program includes organic meals, which are based on local Cretan recipes. The fruits, vegetables and herbs are either grown in the resort’s greenhouse or sourced locally.
