The aim of the show is to introduce visitors to the wide variety of Greece-produced food products available on the market. Participants will have the chance to sample items of interest, talk with producers and order directly.

The aim of the annual event is to promote Cretan products to more selling points across Greece and abroad, bring Cretan producers in contact with local and international distribution networks and boost synergies in that direction.

Music and dance events will run on the sidelines of the meeting with troupes and bands from Crete and Northern Greece.
