Skirt Ride ladies will join the fun

The ladies of the Skirt Ride, an initiative created by female cyclists, will also participate in the 25th Athens Bicycle Round, wearing their best, from shorts and t-shirts to dresses and high heels. “They always remind us that cycling in the city is all about smiles, fun, simplicity and style,” the City of Athens said in an announcement.

The 25th Athens Bicycle Round is organized by the Athens Municipality’s Cultural, Sport & Youth Organization (OPANDA). It is also part of the Bike Weekend which will be held on April 28-29, at Syntagma square and will include bicycle exhibitions, shows and happenings for children and adults.
