Photo © Lazart Hotel Greek hotel management and consulting company Zeus International on Tuesday announced that its lease of the Lazart Hotel in Thessaloniki has been renewed for 25 years. Recently acquired by NBG Pangaea Real Estate Investment Company for 7 million euros, the Lazart Hotel is located very close to the heart of the city, opposite the renowned cultural center “Moni Lazariston”, and offers luxurious accommodation in its 74 spacious rooms. According to an announcement, in less than a year’s operation of the Lazart Hotel, Zeus International managed to record high occupancy levels and the desired financial results, attracting the interest of leading investor NBG Pangaea to acquire the property from Madison Point Hotels.
