As the person who initiated the festival, the acclaimed chef will be at the restaurant to welcome his guests and share his culinary secrets. Visitors will be able to taste new dishes based on his techniques and local ingredients, which will then be incorporated in the restaurant’s summer menu.

Matsuhisa Mykonos is the first Japanese restaurant on the island. It opened its doors in 2003.

A member of the Leading Hotels of World, the five-star Belvedere hotel is located in the heart of the island of Mykonos.
