Qatar Airways Extends Seasonal Routes from Doha to Mykonos

Following the launch of its new direct service from Doha to the popular island of Mykonos in the end of May, Qatar Airways has announced that it will extend the route until October 14.

The route was initially planned to operate until the end of September.

The direct service from Doha to Mykonos will operate four times a week – on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – as planned in the original scheduling.

More specifically, from September 30, until October 14, flight QR 311 will depart from Doha at 8:05 am to arrive on Mykonos at 1.00 pm. Furthermore, flight QR 312 will depart from Mykonos at 2.00 pm to arrive in Doha at 6.40 pm.

The four-weekly seasonal flights to Mykonos International Airport will be operated by an Airbus A320, featuring 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.

Qatar Airways currently operates a modern fleet of more than 200 aircraft via its hub, Hamad International Airport (HIA), to more than 150 destinations worldwide. The airline recently revealed a host of forthcoming global destinations for 2018-19, including London Gatwick, United Kingdom; Tallinn, Estonia; Valletta, Malta; Langkawi, Malaysia; Da Nang, Vietnam; Bodrum and Antalya, Turkey and Málaga, Spain.
