Partners of Welcome Pickups who take advantage of the free Welcome app will be able to boost sales by automating their pre-arrival guest emails, transfer process and collection of arrival details, without the need of additional staff hours. Along with automation, partners can expect higher productivity and increased conversion rates due to upcoming user experience improvements. This all helps facilitate guest reviews and increased revenue for each property. Meanwhile, as the busy summer season has already begun, travelers using Welcome can expect the same trusted service in all new destinations. From pre-ordered tickets, to SIM cards, WiFI hotspots and local experiences, travelers will enjoy a stress-free arrival, departure and everything in between. According to an announcement, in just three years since its launch the Welcome Pickups team already has more than 250 hotel partners around the globe and provides services to hundreds of thousands of travelers. “Welcome traveler growth is also up by 300 percent since last year with over 180K travelers in the first half,” the company said. Welcome Pickups currently operates in over 20 destinations across Europe, Asia and Middle East. Over the last two months, Welcome opened in six new destinations, including Kos, Corfu, Zakynthos, Mykonos, Granada and Valencia. During the next six months, the company will focus on destinations in the UK, Croatia, Malaysia, Portugal and Germany.
