Ryanair Supports ‘Santorini Experience’ Event with Special Fares

Ryanair for the third year is the official airline partner of the “Santorini Experience”, the sports tourism event that takes place annualy on Santorini in Greece.

The Santorini Experience 2018 will take place between October 5-7 and to celebrate the ongoing collaboration, the airline has released seats for sale from Athens to Santorini at prices starting from just €19.99. The special fares are valid for travel from September until November and only available for booking on the Ryanair.com website until midnight Tuesday, July 31.

“We’re pleased to officially launch our third year of partnership with Santorini Experience, allowing more people to enjoy one of the prettiest spots on earth while having the unique chance to run and swim right next to professional athletes from all over the world,” said Ryanair Sales and Marketing Manager for Eastern Mediterranean, Nikolas Lardis.

Santorini Experience this year includes challenging running and swimming races for professional and amateur athletes, as well as cultural events for all.

“Swimming from the volcano towards the ‘lost Atlantis’ as described by Plato, and running in the volcanic Caldera are few of the things you can do during the Santorini Experience,” said Akis Tsolis, Chief Executive Officer of Active Media Group, organizer of the event.

“We are more than happy that Ryanair shares the vision of people living on Santorini, as well as our vision, for a quality tourism event that promotes thematic tourism all year round,” he added.
