Greek airline AEGEAN on Tuesday announced that it was suspending flights to/from Tehran, effective from October 11, 2018, until further notice.

“The company is forced to temporarily discontinue this route due to foreign exchange bank restrictions that affect its viability,” the airline said in an announcement.

AEGEAN has informed that its passengers are entitled to a full refund for tickets issued to/from Tehran. For changes and cancellations, contact the airline’s reservation department at 8011120000 or +30 2106261000.
