The Greek team will be led by the Region of Attica and includes the participation of Enterprise Greece and 15 private Greek companies, supported by the organizers of the 100% Hotel Show, Greece’s most exclusive hospitality fair in Athens. “Through case studies, the fair’s visitors will have the opportunity to learn more on the work of young and passionate Greek designers, as well as the products and services created in Greece,” the organizers of the 100% Hotel Show said in an announcement. The Greek hotel case studies will feature two hotel room mockups – one in a beach resort and one in an urban hotel – which will be created in collaboration with Mastrominas Architecture and Greek designer Sotiris Lazou. “The two rooms will offer profound inspiration and complete solutions to hoteliers and investors visiting The Hotel Show Dubai. In addition, the visitors will have the chance to meet in person the people behind the products used, and explore new collaboration possibilities,” the organizers said. “The parties involved aim to showcase the high level of Greece’s entrepreneurship in tourism and hospitality. Greek design, products, materials, services, and – above all –knowhow in hotels, construction and operation, constitute Greece’s most valuable exported assets.” The Hotel Show Dubai provides a 360 degree view of the market with over 600 exhibitors from over 85 countries showcasing products across interiors, lighting and design, technology, security, catering equipment and more. The show is expected to attract over 30,000 sector professionals including GMs and owner/operators, through to procurement managers, designers and the all-important frontline hospitality personnel.
