Through the long-term business partnership, Amadeus will provide CWT’s strategy, branded as “CWT 3.0 strategy”, with the latest innovative technology. “We are delighted to be deepening our business partnership with Amadeus as part of our CWT 3.0 strategy,” says Vince Chirico, SVP Global Network & Technology Partners, CWT. As part of this agreement, CWT travel counselors around the globe will have access to extensive travel content on the Amadeus Travel Platform and the latest technology including Amadeus Selling Platform Connect. The combination of the content and the tools will empower CWT counsellors to deliver quality and personalized services to travelers in a simplified and more effective manner. CWT recently joined Amadeus’ NDC-X program and will be working with Amadeus to connect travel sellers and airlines using the IATA NDC standard.
