The nine-storey property in Athens is located on Kriezotou and Panepistimiou streets, in very close distance to Syntagma Square. The agreement, which has a duration of 25 years, sees AccorHotels managing the hotel under the MGallery brand. It includes basic management fees on revenue and remuneration for achieving objectives. It is reminded that the former historic Kings Palace Hotel building was leased to Lampsa Hellenic Hotels SA by the fund of former Agrotiki Bank employees for a period of 30 years. AccorHotels, which also runs the Novotel and Sofitel brands, is a hotel group with 50 years of presence around the world that has more than 4,500 hotels, resorts and residences in 100 different countries in its portfolio. The upcoming MGallery branded hotel in Athens is added to the list of leading hotel brands that have opened in the Greek capital in recent years, including Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt and Marriott.
