In its fourth year, the MICE event brings together worldwide buyers with high quality solution providers from South Europe. MCE South Europe 2018 venue: Makedonia Palace Hotel. According to Europe Congress, the MICE B2B forum promises to be even more successful than its previous editions. “With a 2,5 days full program of business encounters, each participant is assured to leave the Greek co-capital with meaningful new contacts and a high satisfaction of meeting outcome,” the organizer said in announcement. During Europe Congress’ event, DMCs, PCOs, event management companies, convention bureaus, hotels and airlines from participating South European countries meet up with carefully selected, qualified and pre-screened buyers. MCE South Europe 2018 event program The event program will begin on Sunday, October 21, with a welcoming of all participants at Thessaloniki’s Makedonia Palace Hotel, the event’s host venue. Next on the agenda is a visit to three new venues in the renovated harbor area of Thessaloniki, followed by a networking program with a dinner at the Mediterranean Palace, a member of The Luxury Hotel Group. The dinner at the luxurious venue will have a big networking element as well as entertainment. The highlight of the evening will be a performance of a Greek folklore band. Mediterranean Palace Monday will start with an insight into South European destinations animated by event MC Jonathan Bradshaw where participating convention bureaus and cities will be presenting the huge potential of their destinations. The day will then be filled with business erecting one-to-one meetings, as destinations and solution providers from all over South Europe will meet up with carefully selected international event planners. In the early afternoon all participants will attend The Meetology Lab’s educational session: The Science Powering World-Class People Skills. Monday will close with a surprise evening program with dinner party at the Grand Hotel Palace of The Luxury Hotel Group. Grand Hotel Palace The third and final day of the event, Tuesday, will start with presentations of participating providers that have brought various high value prices along with them to be drawn among the participating event planners. The event will welcome some 100 leading event planners and decision makers from Germany; Austria; Switzerland; United Kingdom & Ireland; France, Benelux & Scandinavia; Central & Eastern Europe; Russia & CIS; Middle East & Asia; and North America.
