Company updates Yoleni’s: New Meeting Point for Greek Startup Community by GTP editing team 17 October 2018 written by GTP editing team 17 October 2018 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 20 The Yoleni’s Greek Gastronomy Center, located in the heart of Athens, is the new meeting point of the “START your night UP” series of events, organized by Envolve Entrepreneurship for young professionals and startup entrepreneurs. Envolve Entrepreneurship is a new global entrepreneurship support organization launched by the social responsibility division of the Libra Group, which aims to cultivate the next generation of business leaders through education, resources, and regional awards. Envolve is also the successor to Libra’s Entrepreneurship Awards initiative and integrates the former Hellenic Entrepreneurship Award (HEA) and American Entrepreneurship Award (AEA) programs, which declared 35 winners between 2012 and 2017, supporting job creation and economic growth in Greece and the USA. The organization is holding the “START your night UP” events within the framework of its “Resources” pillar, which offers a meeting platform for young but also experienced entrepreneurs, and aims to initiate more people into the startup ecosystem and help them widen their network. “Evolve’s goal is to offer a casual ‘after work’ environment for the exchange of views and interesting conversations… that could result in new partnerships,” an announcement said. Envolve’s first recent meetup brought together dozens of members of Greece’s startup community for brainstorming and networking at Yoleni’s – a mega food boutique offering best edible products from dozens of micro producers across Greece and that has evolved into an on-the-spot eatery in the heart of Athens. “Envolve Entrepreneurship gathered restless people, who dream of taking their business model of creativity and development a step further with innovative ideas and groundbreaking proposals, in a venue which is connected with the efforts of startup enterprises in Greece.” The “START your night UP” events will take place on the first Wednesday of every month at 6.30pm at Yoleni’s.
