According to an announcement, this is a 50/50 partnership agreement between TEMES’ subsidiary Panorama SA and Consiltech SA, an investment company managed by Consillium. The agreement involves the development and operation of Navarino Hills, as well as for the operation of the The Dunes Course golf course. Aiming to further enhance Costa Navarino’s position among the world’s top golf destinations, the group recently announced the creation of two new golf courses in Navarino Hills, designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend José María Olazábal. An impression of the new golf courses that are currently under construction at Costa Navarino. “With the addition of the new courses, Costa Navarino will count a total of four golf courses located at a distance of 13 km away from one another, making it one of the few high-quality golf destinations in the world,” TEMES said. Consillium is a family office founded by Czech entrepreneur Tomáš Němec, who has had a successful business carrier of over 35 years. The company is active in many sectors including sports. Among its strategic partners is Austrian ski manufacturer Kästle. “The new partnership with Consillium will also increase the number of golf travelers from the Czech Republic, a country where golf is very popular, with more than 100 courses currently in operation.
