Butterfly Stories is the first company in Greece and Cyprus that provides catering consultancy services to restaurants and hotel restaurants in various Greek destinations. During the exhibition, which ran November 16-19, the company presented an integrated breakfast concept for hotels – buffet and à la carte – inspired by Crete, also incorporating modern sales methods. “The aim is for the visitor to be able to enjoy a unique experience at the restaurant and receive the best possible approach by the hotel,” Butterfly Stories Founder and CEO Elizabeth Kouta said. “Hotel gastronomy consists of various connecting elements that together create the ultimate experience for the visitor, aiming to make him feel special and a ‘guest of honor’ in the hotel,” she added. Butterfly Stories participated in the 100% Hotel Show with two stands, providing information on its services in strategy, marketing, branding and photo shooting for restaurants, villas, bistros, bakeries and cafes. The Greek Travel Pages (GTP) was a media sponsor for the 100% Hotel Show 2018. Follow GTP Headlines on Google News to keep up to date with all the latest on tourism and travel in Greece.
