As part of the agreement, Workathlon is calling on the most qualified candidates and Greek talents to apply for their dream job through its online platform. Vacant positions at Viking Cruises include kitchen, service, front desk and housekeeping, therefore a skills test may be required. Since November 1, Workathlon has collected hundreds of quality resumes on behalf of Viking Cruises, using new methods such as recruitment marketing via social media and e-mail channels. The recruiters of Viking Cruises will come from Switzerland to Athens on December 4, to assess their potential employees in a meetup with the top candidates. “The company has revolutionized the way hospitality industry recruits by better matching the needs of employers and job seekers,” an announcement said. Founded in 2015, the Workathlon’s platform combines the hotel sector’s know-how with cutting-edge technology and has thus far gained the trust of more than 150 hoteliers and hundreds of job seekers.
