Hilton Athens Presents the Brunch Menu of Aethrion Lounge

The Hilton Athens hotel is inviting residents and visitors of the Greek capital to have brunch at its Aethrion all day coffee & lounge bar.

Served every day from 9am to 2pm, the brunch menu includes pancakes with honey and mastic, French toast with maple syrup and fresh fruits, fried eggs with mushrooms and Thessaloniki’s sesame bagel (koulouri) with Greek cheese.

Aethrion’s guests can also combine their brunch with a single-origin coffee from Colombia or Costa Rica, high quality tea, Greek herb beverages and cocktails, such as the Passion that includes an interesting mix of rose sparkling wine, cucumber and violet liqueur or the Mango Splash with prosecco, mango and chocolate bitters.

The Aethrion all day coffee & lounge bar is open daily from 9m until 11pm.
