The first Hyatt hotel in Athens and the first Grand Hyatt branded property in Greece, the hotel is one of the latest additions to the hospitality scene of the Greek capital. Costas Papachristophorou Before joining Grand Hyatt Athens, Costas was the general manager of Kensho Boutique Hotels & Suites on Mykonos. Throughout his career, he has worked for leading hospitality companies in many destinations. He has served as complex hotel manager at the Asteras Vouliagmenis hotel, and general manager at Aldemar resorts. In 2005 he was appointed general manager of the properties Porto Elounda and Elounda Peninsula All Suite Hotel, a position he held for more than two years. Costas is a graduate of the Cornell University, holding an Executive Management Certification and Chevalier of Chaine des Rotisseurs France.
