Photo Source: @NJV Athens Plaza “Chef Nikos Yiannopoulos and pastry chef Dionysis Alertas have created a palette of flavors that can satisfy our Greek guests, as well as foreign visitors,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement. The new menu includes unique soups, starters and salads such as the grilled squid with baby zucchini; and The Parliament seafood salad with lobster medallion, grilled shrimps, smoked salmon, red caviar and lime sauce on crispy salad. The main dishes include pork fillet with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese on sweet pumpkin purée; the grilled rib eye accompanied with chimichurri sauce, potato purée and grilled vegetables; and the black angus tomahawk stake with herbs and coarse salt. Tomahawk black angus For those who prefer fish or seafood, the new menu includes sea bass fillet sautéed in herbs crust; salmon fillet sautéed with ginger and soya sauce; and sole fillet meunière with vegetables julienne. The restaurant’s guests will also have the opportunity to taste fresh ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach; oyster mushrooms risotto with truffle oil and parmesan; and the orzo with shrimps in crayfish broth with saffron.
