Aiming to make the MSC Bellissima the most innovative ship sailing the seas, MSC Cruises has incorporated state-of-the-art technology to interconnect its guests with the crew and the ship and put control of each passengers holiday at their fingertips. Zoe is a bespoke device that will be available in all rooms. “You will just need to speak out and Zoe will provide all the info you need,” Cruiseway Travel, which represents MSC Cruises in Greece, said in an announcement. According to Cruiseway Travel, Zoe is the highest standard of quick customer service provided by MSC Cruises, right from the comfort of each passengers suite and thanks to a personalized program. “MSC Cruises aim is always to provide passengers with an easy and stress-free solution for everyday holiday questions and doubts,” Cruiseway Travel said. The technology on the MSC Bellissima has interactive maps to guide passengers around the ship and online booking services for its restaurants. It can also provide tailored agendas, factoring in everything from favorite movies to wine preferences, which Zoe can organize with the ship’s staff on behalf of passengers. Travelling across the Mediterranean sea from Spring to Autumn 2019, passengers will be able to enjoy the MSC Bellissima’s 20 bars, 10 restaurants, 2 pools, themed water park and a range of entertainment. Meanwhile, Cruiseway Travel also announced that once again it is offering specially designed routes for Greek passengers departing from Piraeus. Two cruise ships of MSC Cruises will be available for Greeks to board in Piraeus during the 2019 summer months for weekly cruises in the Adriatic Sea. MSC Cruise in 2019 will include Greek-speaking staff on its cruise ships. Cruiseway Travel offers high-quality services and competitive prices through a wide sales network, representing some of the leading cruise companies worldwide such as MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Viking Ocean Cruises.
