According to an announcement, the Region’s executives will present Attica’s year-round multidimensional destinations to tourism professionals at Vakantiebeurs 2019, which will be held in Utrecht, from January 9-13. “The Region of Attica Directorate of Tourism will promote the area’s travel products to thousands of professionals from all over the world… as well as to travelers who seek new destinations and inspiration for their upcoming vacations,” the announcement said. Photo Source: https://athensattica.com More specifically, focusing on the preferences of Dutch travelers, the Region will present special forms of tourism, that “make Attica an ideal short-break destination, for all ages and interests”. These include hiking and trekking; cycling and sailing combined with island hopping; multigenerational family vacations; tours on the mainland; visits at museums and monuments; gastronomy and wine tourism. The Region of Attica will participate in the Vakantiebeurs 2019 expo as a co-exhibitor of the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO), in Hall 7, at the D010 stand of the Jaarbeurs Exhibition Center.
