Air Travel Ryanair: New Athens – Tel Aviv Route for Summer 2019 by GTP editing team 9 January 2019 written by GTP editing team 9 January 2019 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 6 Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has announced the launch of a new route connecting Greek capital Athens to Tel Aviv in Israel, as part of its 2019 summer schedule. “The new route will commence in April, and operate four times a week,” said Nikolas Lardis, the company’s Sales and Marketing Manager for the Eastern Mediterranean. Ryanair’s summer schedule for Athens, offers a total of 34 routes including seven new services to Catania, Eindhoven, Kyiv, London Luton, Marrakech and Palermo. Furthermore, the carrier’s 2019 summer schedule includes a direct twice-weekly flight between the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki and Tel Aviv.
