HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager Now Connected with Airbnb

Property owners are now able to proceed with the connection of their property to Airbnb via HotelAvailabilities and manage their inventory and rates, the hotel channel management platform recently announced.

According to an announcement, the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager is now among the official certified systems of Airbnb. Via a 2Way-XML connection (bidirectional XML connection) property owners can update Airbnb’s systems in real time (within seconds), making it easier to manage their profile.

They can also manage their Airbnb listings, change vacancies and prices – as in the case of conventional channels – as well as monitor the channel performance and booking productivity.

HotelAvailabilities has adapted its Channel Manager system to the needs and demands of Greek hoteliers as it can be connected to more than 50 channels in order to cover the needs of the online market.

In addition, with the HotelAvailabilities Multi Property system, all apartments or villas appear on a screen, allowing hotel groups, hotel or villa management companies and other multi property managers to ease the distribution of rates and availability into the online sales market.
