‘The a Hotels’ Announces New Director of Sales at Grand Serai Congress & Spa

Valia Bourbi“The a Hotels & Resorts” group has appointed Valia Bourbi as the new director of sales of its Grand Serai Congress & Spa, located in Ioannina, Epirus.

Valia has been working in the Greek hospitality industry for the last 15 years and has extensive experience in luxury hotels and demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in her professional duties.

She took over her new position in November 2018.

“My collaboration with ‘The a Hotels & Resorts’ is certainly a pleasant challenge and an opportunity for me and my team to exceed our guests’ expectations by providing a unique hospitality experience at the Grand Serai Congress & Spa,” she said.

The group includes a collection of five-star city and resort hotels with spa facilities, located in some of the most beautiful destinations in Greece: On the islands of Corfu and Crete, and in Ioannina, Epirus.

The five-star Grand Serai Congress & Spa, located at the heart of the city of Ioannina, offers luxury accommodation services and amazing views.

Built in an area of 13,000 square meters, the hotel combines local tradition with elements from the Middle East. Its premises also include a fully equipped business corner with wireless internet access; conference and banqueting facilities; a spa; restaurants and bars, among others.
