The aim of the event is to present Greek cuisine at its finest, as well as promote Greece’s products through diverse menus. Created especially for the occasion by Kenshō Psarou head chef Ippokratis Anagnostelis, Kenshō’s menu included moussaka with lamb cooked in must, and fresh poached white grouper with cockles. For dessert, pastry chef Dimitris Chronopoulos created a crème bavaroise with Greek coffee and almond sweets, flavored with lemon and walnut ice cream. “Ark’s distinctive atmosphere and the unique culinary ‘journey’ prepared by the talented chefs offered a special evening to our guests,” Kenshō’s management posted on facebook after the event. Kenshō Psarou is the newest five-star hotel of Kenshō Boutique Hotel & Suites, which opened its doors in summer 2018. It is located right on the popular Psarrou beach on the island of Mykonos.
