The awards are organized by the FNL Guide (Food & Leisure Guide) and aim to recognize the best restaurants in Greece. The JuJu Bar & Restaurant competed alongside 16 top restaurants and won an FNL star as a “newcomer”. The award was received by the restaurant’s chef, Savvas Lichanidis, during a ceremony recently held at the Ecali Club in Athens. “After only two months of operation, the JuJu Bar & Restaurant has been included among the best restaurants in the country,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement. “Juju means ‘spell for good luck’… and the JuJu Bar & Restaurant offers the best culinary experience, and entertainment in its own magical world, where reality and dreams come together. Carefully prepared down to the last detail, its dishes constitute an exciting gastronomic journey to classic flavors and memories. The menu goes beyond the typical fine dining, offering traditional flavors with creative surreal twists.” The Divani Hotel Group is comprised of seven hotels in Greece (Athens, Meteora, Larissa and Corfu) and has had a successful presence in the Greek hospitality industry for 60 years.
