According to an announcement, the airline’s latest customer care improvements include lowest price and punctuality promises, its Customer Care Charter and new Ryanair Choice membership. Also, Ryanair passengers this summer will enjoy the airline’s new Boeing MAX “Gamechanger” aircraft with more legroom and bright new interiors. Ryanair also underlined environmental improvements that include a carbon offset program and a promise to be plastic-free in five years. “Ryanair will carry 152 million customers this year who will enjoy these latest improvements… While we continue to improve our customer care, one thing that won’t change is our lower fares – which we promise will not be beaten – and our customers will still enjoy the biggest choice of destinations, with the most on-time flights and a fantastic onboard experience, as we grow our fleet, traffic and routes,” Ryanair’s Kenny Jacobs said.
