The Novotel Athens hotel, located in the heart of the Greek capital, has been honored for its Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty program at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2019. The hotel won the silver award in the Best Greek Hotel Loyalty Program category. A member of the AccorHotels group, Novotel Athens welcomes its Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty card members on a daily basis. “This award recognizes the hotel’s efforts to offer a unique and unforgettable customer experience. Furthermore, it confirms the constant commitment of Novotel Athens to the high-quality services and products of AccorHotels,” Novotel Athens’ management said in an announcement. The awards was held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), the Ministry of Tourism, the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation (POX), TIF-Helexpo and the Hellenic Association of Tourist & Travel Agencies (HATTA), among other organizations.
