HAPCO Looks to ‘Shape the Future’ of MICE Tourism with 9th Conference

Registrations are open for HAPCO’s 9th Panhellenic Congress on MICE tourism

The latest news and developments in Greece’s MICE industry will be discussed during the 9th Panhellenic Congress of the Hellenic Association of Professional Congress Organizers (HAPCO), which is scheduled to take place in Athens between April 11-12.

Early bird registration is open until March 20.

Titled “Shaping the Future”, the conference’s key speakers will include MICE professionals from the Greek and international market, prominent personalities from the fields of politics and academia, as well as representatives of organizations from the health sector.

The topics to be discussed are divided into three categories:

  • The MICE industry in the spotlight – Business to Business,
  • The Human Approach,
  • Innovation & Technology.

According to HAPCO, the congress will focus on the latest developments and strategies in the MICE industry; the alliance between PCOs and DMCs; the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); team management; new technologies; the principles of communication; social media development; conference and hotel infrastructure.

The event will be held at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel in central Athens.
