The Travelers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travelers worldwide. Olive Green is a unique property in Greece, offering innovative sustainable architecture, as well as smart high-tech technology, which keeps visitors connected and enhances the in-room experience. “Considering that Olive Green Hotel opened its doors in August 2016, this recognition belongs to every member of our team. They are the ones, who create the experience for our guests, along with the unique functionality and aesthetics of the property’s spaces,” the hotel’s owner company, Karatarakis Hotels SA, said in an announcement. Located in the city of Heraklion, the hotel boasts 48 beautifully appointed rooms, offering smart technology, which enables guests to individually control heating, air conditioning, music, TV, and room service. The hotel offers tablets to control these features, and also to allow guests to publish updates on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social networks.
