Sofia has worked in various positions in leading companies, from luxury hotels to high-end DMCs. “I am highly motivated to drive Atlantides Luxury Travel even higher and expand its activities to new markets. Our aim is to offer unique experiences and memories to the guest we serve. Luxury is our vision,” Sofia told GTP Headlines. Atlantides Luxury Travel is part of the Atlantides Group. It was established in Piraeus in 1987, by Ioannis Kardaris, an entrepreneur active in Greece’s shipping and tourism industry for the last 25 years. The company is the VIP services arm of the group, serving high-spending individuals that choose to reside in Greece or travel to the country. The company also offers a wide range of traveling services including air and boat tickets, hotel accommodation, travel and wedding packages, cruises and transfers. Before joining Atlantides Luxury Travel, Sofia worked as sales incoming manager for Beleon Group, a Greek travel agency based in Athens. Since 2012, she has served as sales executive at Aldemar Resort and sales manager in Luxury Consierge at Astir Palace. She has also held the position of sales manager at the President Hotel in Athens. Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s in tourism management.
