Grecotel Corfu Imperial

The Grecotel Corfu Imperial hotel, located on the Ionian island of Corfu, is currently hosting the 31st Panhellenic Conference of General/Family Medicine.

Organized by the Hellenic Society of General/Family Medicine – ELEGEIA, the conference is taking place until May 5, with the presence of 1,100 participants and attendees.

A member of the Grecotel Hotels & Resorts group, Corfu Imperial has been recently renovated to offer the best of Greek hospitality.

The 31st Panhellenic Conference of General/Family Medicine is taking place in its large multifunctional conference halls, which offer stunning views to the Ionian sea.

Furthermore, the hotel’s public areas host a number of stands of healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, that showcase the sector’s latest products and services to visitors and attendees.

“The Grecotel Corfu Imperial… has hosted great moments of Greece’s and Europe’s contemporary history… [Today,] it confirms its reputation by hosting significant Greek and international scientific and business events, while being a popular jet set destination and a holiday spot for royalties from around the world,” the group’s management said in an announcement.

The conference’s participants and attendees are also enjoying Greek hospitality at Grecotel’s Corfu Imperial, LUX.Me Daphnila Dassia and Eva Palace.

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts recently completed an investment plan of over 42 million euros, which included the renovation and expansion of its five luxury hotels Corfu Imperial, Daphnila Bay Dassia, Casa Marron (former Lakopetra Beach), Pella Beach and Rhodos Royal, which are located in four popular tourism destinations, namely Corfu, the Peloponnese, Halkidiki and Rhodes.
