Three new private luxury residences have been added to Costa Navarino resort’s roster of exclusive accommodation facilities, designed this time by award-winning architects Potiropoulos+Partners.

The new Navarino villas – the Beach Front, the Golf Front, and the Panorama – located in Pylos, Messinia, in the southwest of the Peloponnese, are inspired by the natural setting, combining traditional elements with innovative design aimed at creating elegance, peace and tranquility.

The Potiropoulos+Partners design of the Beach Front Villa was awarded in 2017 at the Architizer A+ awards and in 2018 at the World Architecture Community Awards.

All three villas have integrated the natural setting in the overall architecture uniting space with the sea and creating an immersive effect.

The three Navarino Residences come as part of TEMES SA expansion into  the real estate market.

Speaking to the press late last year, TEMES CEO Stephanos Theodorides announced plans for the new residential project, which includes the construction and sale of 40 luxury villas.

Other plans through to 2020 include the creation of two new 18-hole golf courses at Navarino Hills and a pair of hotels – the five-star Navarino Waterfront and a unit near the 18-hole, award-winning “The Bay Course” golf course – to be added to the existing luxury facilities: The Westin Resort and The Romanos of Costa Navarino.
