Greek airline Sky Express has signed an interconnection agreement with Middle East Airlines, the national flag-carrier airline of Lebanon.

The agreement, which came into force on June 1, allows Middle East Airlines passengers to travel across Sky Express’ network of 32 domestic destinations.

According to Sky Express, both airlines are now able to further enhance their commercial activity.

Middle East Airlines passengers can book directly to any of the 32 Greek destinations served by Sky Express and also have their baggage delivered to their final destination.

Also, passengers with connecting flights have free access to the fully refurbished Sky Express lounge at Athens International Airport (AIA).

Based in Beirut International Airport Rafik Hariri, Middle East Airlines flies to 32 international destinations in Europe, the Middle East and West Africa, covering 1,080 destinations in 177 countries.
