Lamda said the decision has created “an unexpected turn of events with regard to the agreement in contrast to the spirit of discussions held over the last 10 days’. More specifically Lamda states that the said decision is “abusively and unjustifiably” requesting a culture ministry verdict on all studies concerning high-rise buildings, special buildings, special constructions, infrastructure works as well as its approval of all studies concerning any form of construction in an undefined radius around the monuments of the park.
