Established by Teleperformance Greece, a member of the Teleperformance group, the awards aim to promote and reward the best contact centers. AEGEAN’s call center was evaluated through the survey method of the “mystery calls” for its accessibility, waiting time, perception and understanding of the requests. The carrier reached a score of 97.92 percent, further improving its result compared to the previous year. “No phone call should be left unanswered and every communication is important to all of us in AEGEAN,” said the company’s Call Center Manager Antonis Radiotopoulos. “All phone calls are an opportunity to listen to our passengers and provide them with the [prime] level of services that expresses our philosophy. This is the core principle of our team’s operation, which is exclusively responsible for this accolade… We will continue to do our best in order to respond to our passengers’ needs,” he added.
