According to an announcement, ReviewPro is providing monthly reports to all 10,000 hotels, which receive an overview of their online reputation to help them identify opportunities and improve guest satisfaction. “Greece is famous for its hospitality, and now we are bringing in relevant analysis to help hotels to further improve their services according to guest feedback… The data will be particularly useful for smaller hotels, which are a very important part of our industry,” said HCH President Alexandros Vassilikos, President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. HCH President Alexandros Vassilikos ReviewPro will also help the organization and the Greek Research Institute of Tourism to conduct extensive destination analysis by comparing hotels, regions, and seasons and identify long-term trends in the Greek tourism industry. “Online reputation continues to be the most effective and objective way to measure how well a hotel is delivering on guest expectations,” said RJ Friedlander, CEO of ReviewPro. HCH and ReviewPro, in December will hold an awards ceremony, where hotels will be recognized according to their performance in exceeding guest expectations based on ReviewPro data.
