Established by Teleperformance Greece, a member of the Teleperformance group, the awards aim to promote and reward the best contact centers. According to an announcement, AIA won the silver award for the excellent services offered daily in 2018 by its call center team, which responded to thousands of calls in a timely manner. AIA’s 24-hour contact service received more than 380,000 calls in 2018, while 5,500 queries were served via the airport’s official e-mail address. “We are very happy for the silver award… Congratulations to our people who everyday give their best, working in significantly demanding conditions, to respond to the phone calls of the passengers with courtesy, willingness and absolute professionalism,” said AIA Terminal Services Manager George Zervoudis.
