The philosophy of the company is to connect its employees’ happiness to the customer experience. “Our staff should feel good in their free time; this will maximize their performance when working,” management said. Located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Mastichari and its beach, the unit dubbed “Neptune Campus” has been refurbished to the level of a 4-star hotel. Its spacious rooms, which accommodate one or two people, include A/C, TV, small kitchen as well as high-speed internet. Moreover, a recreation room with 55” TV, a vending machine as well as laundry facilities and a fitness centre are available to the staff at “Neptune Campus”. Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Hippocrates, the Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa is a luxurious complex, built along the beach. It consists of 569 rooms, suites and apartments with high aesthetics and equipped with modern conveniences. Its facilities include four restaurants, eight bars, four outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool as well as a wide variety of sports activities.
