On August 29 and for one night only, the Consultant Executive Chef of Santoro restaurant, Jean-Charles Métayer and Chef Panos Ioannidis will join forces for a unique menu that will bring together Mediterranean cuisine with high-end gastronomy Jean-Charles Métayer and Panos Ioannidis will draw heavily on their experiences from French and Italian culinary traditions, respectively, and take us on a 9-course gastronomic journey with dishes such as: Scallops with finocchio salad and pastourma, Pressed foie gras with caviar of Vinsanto served with Santorini tomato chutney, Lobster with citrus and truffles, Beef ‘À la Ficelle’ with truffles foam potatoes and colored carrots etc. Press here for the menu.
