’24 Estate Villas Paros’ Enters Portfolio of Homes & Villas by Marriott

The luxury villas of 24 Estate Villas Paros have entered the portfolio of Homes & Villas by Marriott International, according to an announcement by Greek hospitality management company SWOT (Simple Way of Tourism).

“Homes & Villas” is a new vacation rentals brand that was launched by Marriott International in late April and offers travelers access to entire homes in exceptional destinations in the Americas and Europe.

Homes & Villas by Marriott International ensures the quality of service and specifications set by the international hotel chain throughout its network,” SWOT said.

Marriott’s vacation rentals brand offers 2,000 premium and luxury homes located in over 100 destinations throughout the United States, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Through its cooperation with Marriott, SWOT, which manages the luxury villas of 24 Estate Villas Paros, aims to bring new travel experiences to the guests of its partners.

Located in the Kolymbithres area of the Greek island of Paros, 24 Estate Villas is a caringly cultured collection of supreme holiday accommodation options for traveling friends and families alike.

Spanning two to five bedrooms, each villa is embellished with a private pool and garden, and unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.

Travelers that stay at a villa of the 24 Estate Villas Paros can earn and redeem points with the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Launched in 2012, SWOT offers hospitality management, sales representation and marketing services to tourism enterprises.
