The company’s founder and CEO, Elizabeth Kouta, will pass on her expertise as a guest speaker during the event’s “Strategy & Marketing for Restaurants” session. “Restaurants, cafes and bars need to establish a clear marketing strategy in order to attract, not only locals but also travelers that visit Greece throughout the year,” the company said in an announcement. Butterfly Stories is the first company in Greece and Cyprus that offers catering consultancy services to restaurants and hotel restaurants in various Greek destinations. Its services include strategic management; new concept development; new recipes and menu design; branding and marketing management. The “OnTour” Tourism School initiative was launched in 2017 by the SETE Institute (INSETE), through its educational pillar, SETE Training, in partnership with the Kalamata School of Tourism. Its aim is to provide tourism professionals around Greece with know-how, ideas, skills, incentives and inspiration, through seminars.
