Offering a magnificent view of the illuminated Caldera in Imerovigli, Santoro will provide its guests with a special menu by Consultant Executive Chef Jean-Charles Métayer and Head Chef Yiannis Koutsoperakis, including options such as lobster with curry mayonnaise and fine lemon jelly; cod in wine leaves served with cream sauce and chia seeds tuile and more. The evening will feature a stellar live performance by renowned violinist Leida, who will take attendees on a melodic journey across the Mediterranean.
