Elena Tzannou “We are delighted to announce the expansion of Zela Aviation with the launch of our Athens office. This is the next logical step in our business growth strategy that will bring us closer to our Greek customers and partners, as well as strengthen our presence in this region,” said Andreas Christodoulides, the owner of Zela Aviation. Elena has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and specializes in ACMI (WET) lease with long- and short-term chartering. “We are also excited to see Elena apply her industry experience to help our business grow. She is a great addition to our team,” he added. Elena began her career in aviation from Virgin Atlantic Airlines, and then joined Axon Airlines, quickly evolving as cabin chief. From her new position, she will focus on ACMI activity and help expand relationships in Zela Aviation’s most important accounts. The company’s new branch is located in the area of Hellinikon in Athens. Zela Aviation is active in most areas of the air transport industry. With 13 years of presence in the industry, the company specializes in ACMI services, short and long term ACMI leasing, dry lease and aircraft sales.
