Irish low cost carrier Ryanair recently announced the launch of a new route connecting the Greek island of Kefallonia with Bologna, Italy, for summer 2020.

“Commencing in March, the new route will operate twice weekly, as part of our summer 2020 schedule. Customers in Kefallonia can now book flights to Bologna as far out as October 2020,” Ryanair’s Alejandra Ruiz said in an announcement.

To celebrate this new route, Ryanair offers special discounts for return flights on over 1 million seats, for travel between October and May, which must be booked by midnight on Saturday, October 5, via the Ryanair.com website.

According to Ryanair, Greek consumers and visitors can now book their flights and fly on the lowest fares and with the greenest/cleanest major airline in Europe, with the lowest CO2 emissions.
