Photo © Facebook – Greek Islands HotelKeys, a subsidiary of the HotelBrain Group, has added six new leased hotels to its portfolio, which has now been expanded by 522 beds. According to an announcement, the company has signed lease contracts with a hotel in Parikia on Paros; two properties in Rethymno, Crete; an accommodation complex on Naxos; a hotel with bungalows on Rhodes; and a hotel in Heraklio, Crete. HotelKeys currently operates 57 leased hotels in Greece, offering a total of 6,050 beds. The Urban Frame Hotel in Athens is included in the portfolio of HotelKeys. Offering short-term and long-term leasing solutions to hotels and having adopted the “white-flag” hotel management model, HotelKeys is leasing different types of properties in various locations around Greece, aiming to achieve the best operational performance for each unit. “HotelKeys is the fastest growing hotel company in the country and among the top hoteliers in Greece, aiming to reach a capacity of 10,000 beds within the next three years,” HotelBrain said.
