Once the plans are approved by the Council of State, Mirum Hellas can begin construction on the ambitious project, which will include a five-star, 200-bed hotel, reportedly run under the Four Seasons or Fairmont brand, holiday villas, sports and wellness facilities and a 202-boat marina designed with a capacity to handle larger recreational vessels. Mirum Hellas belongs to luxury residential and holiday property developer Mirum Group, which is owned by Vitaly Borisov. The Russian-interest group invests in luxury holiday communities. Construction on the environmentally-friendly resort village is slated to begin in the fall of 2020.
